How to Help Support the Orchestra
The Beaver Dam Area Orchestra relies on the generosity of donors to help with the expenses associated with operating an orchestra. Every donation made to BDAO helps to ensure that high-quality orchestral concerts will continue to be presented in the Beaver Dam area. Donations go toward purchasing and renting music, paying for guest soloists and special acts, purchasing equipments and supplies, and more!
Levels of Giving
Whatever level of giving you choose, know that your donation is appreciated and will help to ensure that classical music will remain a part of the Beaver Dam area for years to come.
Sponsor: Sponsors are $1000 per concert. As a sponsor, your name will appear in our programs, posters, and print & radio advertisements.
1st Chair: $500 – $999
Maestro: $300 – $499
Conductor: $200 – $299
Soloist: $150 – $199
Concert Master: $100 – $149
Section Leader: $50 – $99
Memorial/Honorarium: Amount Determined by Donor

- Please check with your employers to see if you have matches for charitable giving. (ex. Alliant Energy, Fidelity, Hiscox USA and IBM).
- Thrivent Financial for Lutherans has added the BDAO to their list of charities for the “Choice Dollars” Program.
- For friends over 70, please remember the orchestra when you are required to make distributions from your IRA. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
